How to clean household utensils
Cleaning the iron should not terrify you. Do not rush to rub the surface with a rough brush, so as not to spoil it. You only need to spill the salt onto a white sheet of paper and iron it.
If the water began to flow out of the sink too slowly, pour salt into the drain hole in the rate a half cup of salt for each liter of hot water in the pipe.
The nail file is very useful not only for the beauty of our nails. Small spots on suede shoes are easily removed if carefully rubbed with a nail file.
Use aluminum foil to remove dried stains from glassware. Squeeze a piece of foil in the shape of a ball and rub the dishes like a sponge. It is efficient and economical.
If you do not have ready at hand a special brush for utensils with a narrow neck, but you need to clean a vase or a bottle, do not be discouraged, and better have a snack! Boil a couple of eggs, and throw the crushed pieces of shell into the vase, add a little remedy for washing dishes and a little water. Shake well and admire the clean dishes!
Use soda to clean silver items. Take a saucepan, put a sheet of aluminum foil on the bottom, and put a silver thing on top. Make a solution of soda – 1/4 cup of soda, a few teaspoons of salt and a liter of boiling water. Pour silver with this solution and leave for a few minutes. Thanks to the chemical reaction, all dark spots will disappear.
To clean stainless steel, try olive oil. Wet a rag in the oil and rub the metal, then wipe it with a dry paper towel until it shines.
