How to make homemade lemonade

Summer is approaching at tremendous speed. The long-awaited sun and heat! The heat means that we will need a lot of liquid. What do we love most in summer? Lemonade! Let’s consider a few recipes of preparation of this wonderful drink.

  1. Orange lemonade or home version of “Fanta”

Ingredients: peel of 8 oranges; juice and pulp of 4 lemons; 2 kg of sugar; water.

Preparation:

We need to pour the orange peels by boiling water and leave to infuse for twenty-four hours. Then, remove the peels and mince. Heat the liquid to a boil and pour the resulting mass of peels by that fluid. Then, infuse it again for day. Filter, throw away the crust, and add 2 kg of sugar into the liquid. Boil again and add the lemon juice. It is better to dilute the resulting syrup by the sparkling cooled water.

  1. Green tea beverage

Ingredients: 4 glasses of green tea; juice of 3 lemons; half a glass of fresh mint leaves; 2 glasses of water.

Preparation:

What could be simpler? Pour the tea into the pitcher, squeeze the lemon juice, add the mint leaves and water. Put this drink into the fridge to cool well. Pour it into glasses and decorate with fresh mint leaves.

  1. Blueberry “lemonade”

Ingredients: 6 lemons; half a glass of blueberries; 2 glasses of water; 1 glass of sugar; 2 glasses of crushed ice.

Preparation:

Cut zest from your lemons and squeeze the juice from them. Then, pour 2 cups of water into a large pitcher, pour the sugar, add the lemon zest and pour the lemon juice. Mix well all the ingredients. Grind the blueberries in a blender and add into the lemonade. Put it into the fridge to cool. Pour the lemonade into glasses and decorate with lemon slices.

  1. Pineapple lemonade or home version of “Pina Colada”

Ingredients: 1/2 glass of pineapple juice; juice of 2 lemons; 2 eggs (whites); 1 glass of sparkling water; ice

Preparation:

Beat the prepared egg whites with lemon juice and pineapple juice so that the mixture is well foamed. Strain the result through a sieve, so that the flesh couldn’t get into the lemonade. Finely crush the ice, pour the sparkling water into the mixture, pour the lemonade into glasses.

  1. Indian lemonade

Ingredients: 1/2 glass of lime juice; 2/3 glass of lemon juice; 1/3 glass maple syrup; 8 glasses of water; half a teaspoon of fresh chopped ginger.

Preparation:

This is the most simple recipe! Neither blender nor meat grinder are not needed. Mix all ingredients in the pitcher, cool it well in the fridge, pour the lemonade into glasses, add ice.
