How to make a coffee drink. Several interesting recipes

Do you love coffee as I do? To feel its magical fragrance before you see it, to enjoy every sip of coffee beverage, to watch how milk dissolves in the black thick strong drink by beautiful patterns… Well, if you have already run away to the kitchen for a cup of coffee, I’ll just leave some delicious recipes for you right here =)




  • 120 ml of coffee;
  • 250 ml of hot milk;
  • 100 ml of liquor Blue Curacao;
  • chocolate sauce;
  • 2 tablespoons of whipped cream;
  • chocolate;
  • a straw.

Pour chocolate sauce and warm milk into a container and mix with a blender, or you can do it manually by a whisk. Add coffee and liqueur Blue Curacao into the resulting mass. Pour the drink into glasses and decorate with whipped cream. Then, sprinkle with grated chocolate and insert a straw.


(with rose hips)


  • 30 ml of coffee;
  • 1 tablespoon of dried rose hips;
  • 1-2 teaspoons brown sugar;
  • 100 – 150 ml of water.

Fill with rosehips with water, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover the rosehips with a lid and leave for 15 minutes to infuse. Then, you should strain the resulting decoction and mix with coffee. Next, you need to bring to a boil this drink three times, but not to boil! Add brown sugar (or treacle), and drain again.



  • 100 ml of coffee;
  • 50 ml of chocolate liquor;
  • 50 ml of condensed milk;
  • 4 ice cubes;
  • whipped cream.

This is a very simple and delicious recipe. Whisk the condensed milk, chocolate liqueur and coffee in the shaker. Pour the resulting mixture into a glass with ice cubes and decorate with whipped cream.



  • 50 ml of coffee;
  • half a glass of water;
  • cinnamon stick (2.5-3 cm);
  • 2-3 cloves;
  • 1 grated nutmeg;
  • 1 finely ground cardamom;
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger;
  • 1 tablespoon of coffee;
  • 3-4 tablespoons of mint;
  • a pinch of orange zest;
  • sugar to your taste.

To begin with, make coffee (50 ml). Pour prepared water into cezve and bring to a boil. Then, add the spices: cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, orange zest and cardamom. Mix thoroughly. Add the mint leaves and ginger, stir slowly. When the water boils, pour coffee into the cezve. Then pour milk carefully. Bring to a boil the resulting beverage, add sugar to taste and remove from heat. Cover the cezve by a lid and let the coffee infuse for 5 minutes.



  • 50 ml of cold coffee;
  • 3 tablespoons of honey;
  • 40 ml of raspberry juice;
  • milk foam;
  • chocolate chips.

Whisk cold milk with the help of blender, add 3 tablespoons of honey, pour the resulting mixture into a glass. Add cold espresso and raspberry juice, sprinkle with chocolate chips on top. Do not stir!



  • 1 teaspoon of bitter cocoa;
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
  • 2 tablespoons of whipped cream;
  • ½ glass of milk;
  • 1 cup of coffee;
  • chocolate chips.

Pour milk into a saucepan, add vanilla sugar and bring to a boil. Then add cocoa and sugar, stir and keep on low heat. Add a cup of coffee and mix thoroughly. Pour into 2 cups, add the whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
