For example, the tangerine peel oil contains volatile oil, phytoncides, carotenoids, vitamins, antioxidants and other valuable substances. That is why it is simply unwise to throw away such a valuable raw material! Let us consider how to squeeze out everything useful from the peel of tangerines to the limit and remember some of the following recipes.

  1. In the treatment of flatulence and dysbiosis.

Take the dried tangerine peel, grind in a coffee grinder and add to such dishes as cottage cheese, porridge and others, at the rate of 1 teaspoon per serving.
